Registration for Third EvNet Workshop

The Third Annual EvNet Conference on BRIDGES AND BARRICADES will take place from Friday, February 20th to Sunday, February 22nd, at Université de Concordia/Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.

EvNet will cover the central costs of hosting the workshop. Participants are responsible for covering their own registration fee, travel and subsistence costs.

In order to save one of the limited spots for you, it is important that you pre-register and confirm your attendance at the Conference. To qualify for the discount for pre-registration, the registration fee must be received by Friday, January 9th. Please complete the following form, and submit electronically. Will you be attending the EvNet Dinner on Friday evening, February 20th, at Auberge Le Saint Gabriel in Old Montreal (over 200 yrs. old)? The cost of dinner (tax included) will be $35.00 per person including two glasses of wine (beverages). This is not covered in the registration fee.

II. Accommodation

We have block booked 30 rooms at the Chateau Versallais in Montreal for the nights of February 19th (Thursday), February 20th (Friday) and February 21st (Saturday). The rooms are held under “EvNet Conference”. The room rate is $78 per night, single or double occupancy, without breakfast. Please specify if you need any room reservation. Attendees will settle their accounts individually with the Hotel. You must register by January 9, 1998 to take advantage of this special rate.
